公式のリリースノートがもう出たそうですが、公式がさっきまで鯖落ちしてましたね。

個人的な勝手なFAQです。
そのため間違っている場合があります、ご了承下さい。

・青編

Battlefield Thaumaturge
1 U
Creature - Human Wizard
Each instant and sorcery spell you cast costs 1 less to cast for each creature it targets.

Heroic - Whenever you cast a spell that targets Battlefield Thaumaturge, Battlefield Thaumaturge gains hexproof until end of turn.

太陽神の一瞥のようなカードではX個の対象を取るので実質対象を好きなだけ取ってもコストがかからなくなる。

Crystalline Nautilus

Enchantment Creature - Nautilus
Bestow 3UU

When Crystalline Nautilus becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.

Enchanted creature gets +4/+4 and has "When this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it."

1番目の能力はクリーチャーである時に有効であるのはもとより、授与でオーラとなっている時にも効果を発揮する。つまり授与先がもろくなるのは元よりオーラである自分自身ももろいままとなる。

Dakra Mystic

Creature - Merfolk Wizard
U,T: Each player reveals the top card of his or her library. You may put the revealed cards into their owners’ graveyards. If you don’t, each player draws a card.
迷宮の霊魂などで片方のプレイヤーが既にこのターンカードを引いていて、これ以上引けない場合でも、可能な限り能力を処理するので引ける方のプレイヤーだけカードを引くことになる。
引かれなかったカードはそのままライブラリーの一番上に残る。

Daring Thief

Creature - Human Rogue
Inspired - Whenever Daring Thief becomes untapped, you may exchange control of target nonland permanent you control and target permanent an opponent controls that shares a card type with it.

交換は解決時にどちらかが存在しないなど不適正だった場合、解決時に何もしない。

Dictate of Kruphix

Enchantment
Flash

At the beginning of each player’s draw step, that player draws an additional card.

ドローステップの開始時に誘発する能力なので、通常のドローをした後にこの能力がスタックに積まれ解決されカードを引くことになる。

Polymorphous Rush

Instant
Strive — Polymorphous Rush costs 1U more to cast for each target beyond the first.

Choose a creature on the battlefield. Any number of target creatures you control each become a copy of that creature until end of turn.

コピー元となるクリーチャーは解決時に選ぶ、それは対象を取っていないので被覆持ちなどでもコピー元となることが出来る。

Riptide Chimera

Enchantment Creature - Chimera
Flying

At the beginning of your upkeep, return an enchanment you control to its owner’s hand.

これ自身もエンチャントであるので、他にエンチャントをコントロールしていない場合通常これを戻すことになる。
何らかの効果によりこれを含めてエンチャントをコントロールしていない場合には何もしない。

Sage of Hours

Creature - Human Wizard
Heroic — Whenever you cast a spell that targets Sage of Hours, put a +1/+1 counter on it.

Remove all +1/+1 counters from Sage of Hours: For each five counters removed this way, take an extra turn after this one.

下の能力はカウンターの数に依らず、すべて取り除くことが必要である。

Scourge of Fleets

Creature - Kraken
When Scourge of Fleets enters the battlefield, return each creature your opponents control with toughness X or less to their owners’ hand, where X is the number of Islands you control.

島の数は解決時に数える。

Thassa’s Ire

3U: You may tap or untap target creature.

対象には起動型能力のプレイ時に選ぶが、それをタップするかアンタップするかは解決時に選ぶ。
タップ状態のものをタップすることや逆もまた適正である。

Whitewater Naiads

Enchantment Creature - Nymph
Constellation — Whenever Whitewater Naiads or another enchantment enters the battlefield under your control, target creature can’t be blocked this turn.

この能力に依ってブロックされなくなったクリーチャーが能力を失ったとしてもそれは依然としてこのターンブロックされない。

・黒編

Bloodcrazed Hoplite

Creature - Human Soldier
Heroic - Whenever you cast a spell that targets Bloodcrazed Hoplite, put a +1/+1 counter on it.

Whenever a +1/+1 counter is placed on Bloodcrazed Hoplite, remove a +1/+1 counter from target creature an opponent controls.

下の能力は上の能力で載せたカウンターに依らない。
カウンターが一度に2個以上乗った場合、乗った数だけ下の能力が誘発する。

Brain Maggot

Enchantment Creature - Insect
When Brain Maggot enters the battlefield, target opponent reveals his or her hand and you choose a nonland card from it. Exile that card until Brain Maggot leaves the battlefield.

能力がスタックに乗っている間にこれが場を離れた場合、何もしない。

King Macar, the Gold-Cursed

Legendary Creature - Human
Inspired — Whenever King Macar, the Gold-Cursed becomes untapped, you may exile target creature. If you do, put a colorless artifact token named Gold onto the battlefield. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."

もちろん金トークンは自分の場に出る。

Nightmarish End

Instant
Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards in your hand.

手札の枚数は解決時に数える。

Nyx Infusion

Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature

Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 as long as it’s an enchantment. Otherwise, it gets -2/-2.

エンチャントであるかどうかは常にチェックする。

Silence the Believers

Instant
Strive — Silence the Believers costs 2B more to cast for each target beyond the first.

Exile any number of target creatures and all Auras attached to them.

Striveした場合にはすべての対象とすべてのそれに付いているオーラは同時に追放される。

Spiteful Blow

Sorcery
Destroy target creature and target land.

そうそうないが、クリーチャー1体と土地1つを絶対対象に取らなくてはならない。片方でも対象に取れるものが無い場合はプレイできない。

Squelching Leeches

Creature - Leech
Squelching Leeches’s power and toughness are each equal to the number of Swamps you control.

場に居ない場合でもパワーとタフネスを定義する能力は有効である。例えば、墓地にある場合でもパワーとタフネスは沼の数になる。

Worst Fears

Sorcery
You control target player during that player’s next turn. Exile Worst Fears. (You see all cards that player could see and make all decisions for that player.)

プレイヤーをコントロールするを参照。
コントロールされていても投了はいつでも出来る。
コントロールしたプレイヤーのサイドボードを見ることも出来る。そのプレイヤーは見られる前に投了することも出来る。
あなたがあなたをコントロールすることもあり得る、その場合は何も起きない。

・赤編

Knowledge and Power

Enchantment
Whenever you scry, you may pay 2. If you do. Knowledge and Power deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

あなたが占術をした時に誘発し、占術をした能力が解決された後にスタックに乗せる。

Magma Spray
R
Instant
Magma Spray deals 2 damage to target creature. If that creature would die this turn, exile it instead.

そのクリーチャーが墓地に行く原因は問わない。これによりダメージを受けた後に戦闘で死亡した場合などにも追放される。

Bearer of the Heavens

Creature - Giant
When Bearer of the Heavens dies, destroy all permanents at the beginning of the next end step.

土地も含めたすべてのパーマネントを破壊する、もちろん破壊されないパーマネントは場に残る。
終了ステップ中に死亡した場合次のターンの終了ステップの開始時に能力が誘発する。

Dictate of the Twin Gods

If a source would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage to that permanent or player instead.

これが2枚あれば4倍、3枚あれば8倍のダメージになる。

Prophetic Flamespeaker

Creature - Human Shaman
Double strike, trample

Whenever Prophetic Flamespeaker deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn.

プレイしても良いなので土地もプレイできる。
プレイしたカードは通常通りスタックに乗せら解決する、プレイされなかったカードは追放されたままとなる。

Riddle of Lightning

Instant
Choose target creature or player. Scry 3, then reveal the top card of your library. Riddle of Lightning deals damage equal to that card’s converted mana cost to that creature or player.

対象を取ってから解決するのでダメージ数を見てから対象を選ぶということは出来ない。

Spawn of Thraxes

Creature - Dragon
Flying

When Spawn of Thraxes enters the battlefield, it deals damage to target creature or player equal to the number of Mountains you control.

山の数は解決時に数える。

Spite of Mogis
R
Sorcery
Spite of Mogis deals damage to target creature equal to the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard. Scry 1.

解決時に数える。

・緑編

Heroes’ Bane

Creature - Hydra
Heroes’ Bane enters the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters on it.

2GG: Put X +1/+1 counters on Heroes’ Bane, where X is its power.

解決時にパワーをチェックする。

Hydra Broodmaster

Creature - Hydra
XXG: Monstrosity X

When Hydra Broodmaster becomes monstrous, put X X/X green Hydra creature tokens onto the battlefield.

X体のX/Xのクリーチャーを出す。2体の2/2、3体の3/3、4体の4/4というようになる。

Nessian Game Warden

Creature - Beast
When Nessian Game Warden enters the battlefield, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of forests you control. You may reveal a creature card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

森の数は解決時に数える。

Satyr Grovedancer

Creature - Satyr Shaman
When Satyr Grovedancer enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

自身にカウンターを乗せることも出来る。

Spirespine

Enchantment Creature - Beast
Bestow 4G

Spirespine blocks each turn if able.

Enchanted creature gets +4/+1 and blocks each turn if able.

タップ状態である場合にはブロックできないのでブロックしない。

・その他編

Kruphix, God of Horizons

Legendary Enchantment Creature - God
Indestructible

As long as your devotion to green and blue is less than seven, Kruhpix isn’t a creature.

You have no maximum hand size.

If unused mana would empty from your mana pool, that mana becomes colorless instead.

マナプールを空にするイベントを置換する、フェイズの移行は元より、マナの枯渇のような効果においてもイベントを置換する。
